Growing different kinds of peppers is such an amazing experience, Super easy to grow and the yield is always good with minimum work. We have grown and harvested Capsicums, green chilies, Jalapeños and my current ones are the piri piri peppers also known as bird’s eye chili ( we got the seeds from Goa). Click to find How i Pickle these jalapenos?
Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C (red contain more than green capsicums). They are also a good source of dietary fibre, vitamin E, B6 and folate.
I pickle the Jalapeños and use it in pizza muffins, pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Jalapeños contains lots of vitamin C and vitamin B6.
Growing peppers is very easy, just take out the seeds, dry in shade and plant at least 10-15 inches apart in a well lit sunny place. Water regularly.
