The Licious Seekh kebabs were succulent and delicious. Not very spicy. One suggestion will be to use goat meat instead of lamb meat, the smell of lamb meat is distinct and I cannot ignore that. Also, after cooling down, the seekhs got slightly hard, may be addition of more fats might correct this but I am not an expert 😛 Better to finish it when it is hot 😀
Packaging: I liked the packaging. The seekh kebabs were properly separated by ridges in a disposable plastic container and covered. The Ingredients, Allergen advice, Price, Nutritional information, Company information and Best before dates were printed on the packet.
They also provided 2 sachets of Pudina chutney to go with it. The Pudina chutney had chicken fat and it was marked with a proper red dot.
VFM: Especially in this lockdown era, when we cannot go out to enjoy these dishes in a restaurant, I think 329/- for 4 pieces of Seekh kebabs is okay, if had once in a while.
